Formed in 2020, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Project Management Office (PMO) has assisted with Sheriff's-wide capital improvement projects including construction, design, maintenance, custodial and landscaping services. PMO's focal point is fulfilling the current and future needs and strives on incorporating innovative methods to support the Sheriff's mission.

The mission of the Project Management Office is to maintain a consistent approach to managing Capital Improvements, Facilities Maintenance, Custodial and Landscaping projects. PMO oversees the administration of projects to ensure support of the standards, methods and technology defined by the organization. This is achieved by:

Registration is free of charge and there is no charge to be notified of proposal and bid opportunities from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Project Management Office (PMO) or to view the awarded Contractor or Consultant.

Vendors registered with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Project Management Office (PMO), will be automatically notified via email of the PMO’s Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Bid (RFB). These bid opportunities were previously posted on the County’s Website. The PlanetBids system provides vendors with a more proactive approach and eliminates having to check the County’s Website for new bid opportunities and addenda.
