Information Services Bureau (ISB)
TheInformation Services Bureau is a support division handling a variety of functions. Their duties include, but are not limited to: responding to California Public Records Act (CPRA) requests, processing subpoenas duces tecum (criminal and civil), extraditions, record sealings, clearance letters, and local criminal record reviews. They maintain local summary criminal history information and oversee records management, and imaging systems. They conduct record searches for authorized law enforcement and criminal justice agencies, provide applicant fingerprinting, release crime reports to authorized individuals and agencies, and fulfill mandated Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) to the Department of Justice (DOJ) each month. The Information Services Bureau is also the total Warrant Repository Bank for the County of Riverside.
