In the beginning of May, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Stations Problem Oriented Policing Team received information regarding a possible illegal marijuana cultivation occurring within the City of Wildomar.
On May 16, 2020, at the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco, deputies served a search warrant in the 33000 block of Tranquil Lane. The location was converted into an illegal outdoor marijuana cultivation site. Approximately 340 marijuana plants were located during the search warrant.
