Details:
On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at approximately 9:20 AM, deputies from the Moreno Valley Station were dispatched to the 13000 block of Edgemont Street in the city of Moreno Valley reference an unresponsive male in a vacant field. Cal-Fire responded to the scene and determined the person was deceased.
Investigators from the Moreno Valley Sheriff’s Station and Central Homicide Unit responded to the scene and assumed the investigation. After processing the scene, it was determined the person may have died from an apparent overdose and foul play is not suspected at this time.
