On Thursday, September 17, 2020, at 7:00 P.M., members of the Moreno Valley Station’s Special Enforcement Team conducted a parole search in the 20000 block of Kinross Lane, in the city of Moreno Valley. Deputies contacted Jeffrey Guillen a 33-year-old resident of Moreno Valley. A subsequent search of Guillen’s residence revealed two loaded 9mm semi-automatic handguns. Guillen was taken into custody and charged with being a Felon in Possession of a Loaded Firearm, Felon in Possession of Ammunition, and Parole Violation.
