Update:
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department has identified the victim of a Christmas Day homicide from the Mead Valley area as Emily Ulloa, a 30 year old female from the Perris area. The Sheriff's Department is seeking the public';s help for information regarding Ulloa's murder. Details:
On Friday, December 25, 2020, at 4:21 PM, deputies from the Perris Station responded to a call of an unconscious person in the area of Brown Street and Kinney Street in the unincorporated area of Mead Valley. Upon arrival, they found a female adult with obvious trauma. Paramedics arrived on scene rendered life saving measures, however the female succumbed to her injuries. Deputies secured the area and began an investigation.
Investigators from the Perris Sheriff's Station and the Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation. The deceased's identity is not being released at this time, pending notification to next of kin.
