On Tuesday, January 6, 2021, at 7:00 A.M., personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department assigned to the Cabazon Station, served marijuana cultivation related search warrant in the unincorporated community of Cherry Valley. During the service of the warrant, approximately 700 marijuana plants were eradicated, with an estimated weight of .4 of a ton.
The following suspects were arrested for Marijuana Cultivation:
- 59-year-old Moreno Valley resident Brent Louis Smith
- 33-year-old Moreno Valley resident Branden Louis Smith
- 25-year-old Riverside resident Tristan Daniel Bailey
