On Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at 12:45 AM, patrol Deputies responded to a report of a robbery at the Circle K located in the 17000 Block of Grand Ave, in the city of Lake Elsinore.  One victim reported being robbed by two unidentified males, one of which, pointed a gun at him.  Money and alcohol were taken from the establishment. Both suspects fled the scene on foot.

During a canvass of the area, a second robbery was reported at 1:27 AM at the ARCO/AMPM located in the 29000 Block of Central Ave., in the City of Lake Elsinore. One victim reported a male wearing a grey sweatshirt and khaki pants entered the store and pointed a gun at him. The suspect fled on foot and entered a grey Porsche Boxer.

An extensive search was conducted and a vehicle matching the description was located in a nearby business complex. Two suspects, one which matched the description of a suspect from the Circle K robbery, as well as a firearm were located in the vehicle. During the investigation, it was learned there was a third suspect. He was later located in a residence, where he was contacted and arrested without incident.

The suspects were positively identified and taken into custody.  Two suspects were identified as juveniles and booked into Juvenile Hall on a Robbery charge. The third suspect was identified as 19-year-old, Raul Aparicio who resides in the City of Temecula.
