Details:

On February 10, 2021 at approximately 4:00 PM, members of the Murrieta-Temecula Regional Gang Task Force along with officers from the Murrieta Police Department’s Community Policing Team detained a male probationer, later identified as Drey Aguilar, in a business parking lot at 39500 Los Alamos Road in the City of Murrieta. A search of a vehicle associated with the probationer revealed a TEC-9 semi-automatic pistol, a fully automatic STEN Mk. II submachine gun, large capacity loaded magazines, suspected methamphetamine and M-30 controlled substance pills. The probationer was arrested and later booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center on numerous felony weapons and narcotics charges.
