Ballistic Vest

On Friday, April 19, 2019, at 4:30 P.M. the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force conducted a parole compliance search near the 31000 block of Las Flores in Thousand Palms.  Juan Carlos Ocaranza, 19 of Thousand Palms was arrested for violation of parole after he was found to be in possession of a ballistic vest and several rounds of ammunition.  He was subsequently booked at the Indio Jail.


The Riverside County Gang Task Force is a collaborative effort of several local and countywide law enforcement agencies with the goal of providing safe and secure communities free of violent crime and gang violence.
