Details:
On April 29, 2021, at 5:21 AM, deputies from the Moreno Valley Station responded to the 13400 block of Old 215 Frontage Road in Moreno Valley to investigate the circumstance of a deceased human. Deputies were called to the location by CalFire personnel who were at the location for a structure fire. Firefighters extinguished the fire and found a deceased human that had been burned. Deputies secured the area and began an investigation.
CalFire arson investigators are assisting with the circumstances into the cause of the fire. Investigators from the Moreno Valley Station and the Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation. The identity of the deceased is unknown at this time.
