On Sunday March 24, 2019, about 7:00 PM, deputies of the Jurupa Valley Patrol Station and members of the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force, Region-7, investigated a shooting that occurred in the 5500 block of Mission Blvd. in Jurupa Valley. One person was shot and suffered a life-threatening injury. At the time of the initial investigation, it was believed the shooting was gang related, however no suspects were initially arrested or identified.

After a lengthy investigation, Task Force Officers determined the shooting was gang related and identified and later arrested the following subjects;

•19-year-old William Magdaleno, attempted murder and gang membership

•27-year-old Ronnie Fierro, attempted murder and gang membership

•22-year-old Sabrina Castillo, accessory to the crime and gang membership

•18-year-old Jose Cortez, weapons violation and gang membership

•20-year-old Michael Ramirez, attempted murder and gang membership

•33-year-old Christopher Pacheco, attempted murder and gang membership

All six subjects arrested are residents of the Jurupa Valley area and are active members of a local criminal street gang. They were booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for the listed charges.
