On Wednesday, June 30th, 2021, at 10:12 P.M., members of the Riverside County Regional Gang Task Force Region 6 Perris / Lake Elsinore conducted a traffic stop in the 23000 block of Highway 74, in the unincorporated area of Riverside County, known as Good Hope. Deputies contacted, Frank Browning, a 43-year-old resident of Perris. Deputies determined Browning had a warrant for his arrest. A subsequent search of Browning’s vehicle incident to arrest, revealed a loaded .22 caliber semi-automatic handgun underneath the driver’s seat.

Browning was taken into custody and charged with being a Felon in Possession of a Loaded Firearm and Felon in Possession of Ammunition. Browning was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
