Details:
On Friday, July 02, 2021, about 12:46 AM, deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department - Perris Station responded to a two-vehicle major injury collision at Nuevo Road and Redlands Ave., in the city of Perris. Deputies arrived within minutes and located a collision involving a red 2004 Mercedes Benz CLK 320 and a silver 2006 Volvo S 40. A male passenger riding in the Volvo suffered major injuries. Life saving measures were performed; however, the male passenger succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The identity of the passenger is not being released at this time.
The Perris Traffic Reconstruction Team responded to the location and assumed the investigation.
