On Thursday, July 8, 2021, personnel from the following state and local law enforcement agencies served fifty-one marijuana cultivation related search warrants:

During the service of the search warrants, approximately 100,343 marijuana plants were eradicated and an additional 9,806 pounds of processed marijuana was seized, for a total combined weight of approximately fifty tons. Thirteen firearms (eight handguns, four rifles and one shotgun) were also collected for evidence. Approximately $49,546 in cash was also seized.
The following suspects were arrested for various criminal offenses (charges will be filed with the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office):
- 44-year-old Minnesota resident Nhia Vang
- 45 year-old Highland resident Joanna Flores
- 44 year-old San Jacinto resident Efren Rubiano
- 43 year-old Perris resident Juan Carlos Mora
- 66 year-old Anza resident Thong Oudinarath
