Details:
On December 2, 2021, at 9:00 A.M., deputies assigned to the Southern Coachella Valley Community Service District Team (SCVCSDT) and the Coachella Community Action Team (CCAT), conducted a property check at a ranch style property in the 87-800 block of Avenue 52 in the unincorporated area of Thermal. The property was recently condemned by County Code Enforcement and was believed to be illegally reoccupied. Approximately eight subjects were detained on the property and were found to be illegally squatting. During a search of a structure, approximately 2 pounds of methamphetamine, and items indicative of narcotic sales were located and seized.
The following subjects were arrested:
- Ismael Cisneros, 49 of Thermal, for possession of methamphetamine for sale, and committing a felony while out on bail.
- Arthur Murry, 31 of Indio, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a parolee at large.
- Manuel Jaime, 42 of Mecca, for possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia
- Ivette Ramirez, 37 of Coachella, for possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia
All subjects were booked at John Benoit Detention Center in the city of Indio. Booking photos are not available at this time.
