Details:
On Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 10:26 AM, deputies from the Perris Station responded to the area of Oleo Ranch Rd and Smoketree Street in the unincorporated area of Mead Valley regarding gunshots heard in the area. Deputies arrived at a property near the location and found a deceased male adult with obvious trauma. Deputies secured the area and began an investigation.
Investigators from the Perris Station and the Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation. The decedent has been identified as 55-year-old Gary Elmore. The investigation is ongoing, and there are no additional details available for release at this time.
