DUI Traffic Collision
On November 7, 2019, at 6:26 pm, Riverside County Sheriff’s Deputies assigned to the Perris Station responded to a traffic collision on E. Frontage Road, ½ mile north of Nuevo Road, in the city of Perris. Hipolito PabloPedro, a 33-year-old Perris resident, was driving southbound on Frontage Road, swerved to the left into oncoming traffic, and struck a vehicle that was travelling northbound head-on. PabloPedro sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital and admitted. The driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment at the scene. PabloPedro was suspected of being under the influence of alcohol while driving. Felony charges will be sought against PabloPedro upon his release from the hospital.
