Details:
On September 7, 2023, at 8:00 a.m., the Palm Desert Station’s Burglary Suppression Unit, assisted by Rancho Mirage and the Indian Wells Special Enforcement Team, served a search warrant in the 1900 block of Business Center Drive, San Bernardino.
The search warrant stemmed from a vehicle burglary in Rancho Mirage on August 30, 2023. As a result, Julio Pasillas, 36-year-old of San Bernardino, was arrested for burglary, and Manuel Mendez, 49-year-old of San Bernardino, was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
Pasillas was booked at the John Benoit Detention Center in Indio and Mendez was booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside.
