On November 16, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., members of the Palm Desert Sheriff’s Station, with the assistance of the La Quinta Special Enforcement Team and Gang Impact Team, served a search warrant in the 43000 block of Navajo Street, Indio.
The search warrant stemmed from a commercial burglary in the city of Palm Desert on November 11, 2023. As a result, Adrian Padilla, a 42-year-old resident of Indio, was identified and arrested for burglary. During the search warrant, a firearm, drug paraphernalia, and stolen property were recovered. The investigation also revealed Padilla to be involved in multiple burglaries within the cities of Rancho Mirage, La Quinta, and Indio. Padilla was booked at the John Benoit Detention Center in Indio for burglary.
