On Monday, November 25, 2019, at 2:00 PM, the La Quinta Special Enforcement Team conducted a follow-up investigation and took Zachary Devoe, 50-years-old of La Quinta into custody. The follow-up investigation stemmed from a theft related search warrant served by the team on November 19, 2019. During the search warrant service, ammunition and methamphetamine were located, however, no one was located at the residence. The follow-up investigation revealed Devoe, a convicted felon, was in possession of ammunition and methamphetamine. Devoe was booked at the county jail in Indio.
