On Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at 11:00 A.M. the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force conducted probation and parole compliance checks in Cathedral City.  During the checks, Gang Task Force Officers arrested three subjects at multiple residences in the 33000 block of Shifting Sands and the 37000 block of Palo Verde.  Documented criminal street gang member, Julian Decosta, 21 of Cathedral City, was arrested for being a Felon in Possession of Ammunition and Violation of Probation.  Documented criminal street gang member, Vincent Wilcox, 30 of Cathedral City was arrested for being a Felon in Possession of Ammunition and Violation of Parole. Cheri Andrande, 26 of Cathedral City was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  All three subjects were booked at the Indio Jail.
