On Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at 12:27 PM, The La Quinta Special Enforcement Team conducted a search warrant service in the 78600 block of Avenida La Torrres, in the city of La Quinta. During the search warrant service, it was discovered Peter Martinez Delagarza, 64-years-old of La Quinta, was a felon in possession of ammunition, and drug paraphernalia, which are both violations of his probation. Delagarza was arrested and booked at the county jail in Indio.
