Details: 

On December 12, 2019, at the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department served a marijuana cultivation related search warrant on the Soboba Indian Reservation.  During the service, approximately 4100 immature plants and 145 mature marijuana plants were eradicated and 183 pounds of processed marijuana was collected, for a total combined weight of over a half ton.  The following suspects were arrested and booked for Marijuana Cultivation:

  • 32-year-old Phillip Basquez
  • 25-year-old Elpidio Morales
  • 24-year-old Salvador Hernandez-Leon
  • 25-year-old Gerardo Hernandez-Cardenas
  • 27-year-old Lamberto Hernandez-Santiago
