Palm Desert Station Burglary Suppression Unit (BSU) conducted further investigation regarding a grand theft that occurred on December 3, 2019 in the 73-000 block of Skyward Way, Palm Desert. BSU identified Alexis Valadez, 26 of Coachella, as a suspect for his involvement in the grand theft. Valadez was in custody in an unrelated incident. BSU filed charges on Valadez for grand theft. The stolen property was recovered and valued over $1,500.00.
