On Wednesday, January 22, about 4:50 PM, a deputy from the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station was approached by a concerned citizen regarding a vandalism occurring at Summer Lake Park, in the city of Lake Elsinore. Deputies detained three juvenile suspects and located fresh graffiti inside the park bathroom. The juveniles, all residents of Lake Elsinore, were arrested and later released to their parents.
