On March 5, 2020, at 4:00 PM, a deputy assigned to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Moreno Valley Station – Special Enforcement Team Gang Unit, concluded a month-long investigation regarding a documented gang member selling illegal narcotics within the communities of Riverside County. The investigation resulted in the seizure of approximately 12,000 ecstasy pills and several thousand dollars. The ecstasy pills seized has an approximate street value of $240,000.  

The incident lead to the arrest of Terrence McCowan (35 years) of Perris, Donqueisha Williams (31 years) of Perris, and Howard Whitfield (28 years) of Lynwood. Donqueisha and Terrance were charged with felony child endangerment, possession of a controlled substance for sale, conspiracy to sell a controlled substance, and maintaining and/or operating a drug residence. Howard was charged with transportation of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, and conspiracy to sell a controlled substance. All three suspects were booked into jail at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
