Details:

On Thursday, March 19th, 2020, at 7:30 A.M. the Coachella Valley Violent Crime Gang Task Force with the assistance of PACT East, conducted an operation at residences in the unincorporated area of Indio and in the city of La Quinta.  Gang Task Force Officers served a search warrant in the 84000 block of Lingayan Avenue in Indio during which time they arrested documented gang member, Oscar Rodriguez, 35 of Indio for Violation of Parole.  Gang Task Force Officers also seized 13.0 grams of heroin during a property check of a vacant lot adjacent to the residence on Lingayan Avenue. Simultaneously, PACT East conducted a probation compliance check in the 46000 block of Dune Palms Road in La Quinta.  During the compliance check, documented gang member, Jose Martinez, 26 of La Quinta was arrested for violation of PRCS and being a Felon in Possession of Ammunition.  Both Rodriguez and Martinez were booked at the Indio Jail.
