On March 21, 2020, at 8:29 pm, Riverside County Sheriff’s Department Deputies, assigned to the city of Menifee, responded to a report of a vehicle accident near the intersection of Encanto Drive and McCall Boulevard, within the city of Menifee. Deputies determined a Mercury Mountaineer SUV collided with a Chevrolet Equinox. No one was injured during the incident. The driver of the Mountaineer, Larry Daniels of Menifee was found to have been operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Larry Daniels was arrested and booked into the Cois M. Byrd Detention Center for driving under the influence of alcohol.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department encourages all drivers not to drink and drive. To report drunk drivers, please call 911. Anyone who may have witnessed this collision and has not been interviewed is encouraged to call Deputy Ballard at the Perris Sheriff’s Station, (951) 210-1000.
