On Tuesday, April 14th, 2020, at 11:00 P.M., the Moreno Valley Station’s Special Enforcement Team, with the assistance of the Riverside County Sheriff’s SWAT Team, served a search warrant at a residence in the 24100 block of Delphinium Avenue, in the city of Moreno Valley. The search warrant stemmed from a traffic stop where Issac Amador, a documented criminal street gang member, was found in possession of an illegal sawed off 12-gauge shotgun. Isaac Amador was taken into custody without incident. A search warrant was served at Issac Amador’s residence, and deputies located a 9mm semi-automatic handgun, a .357-caliber revolver, a second 12-gauge shotgun, two loaded 9mm magazines, gang indicia, and numerous rounds of various caliber ammunition. At the residence, deputies arrested Issac Amador’s brother, Andrew Amador, and his father, Rafael Amador. Issac Amador was charged with being a Gang Member in Possession of an Illegal Firearm. Andrew Amador was charged with being a Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Rafael Amador was charged with Possession of an Unregistered Firearm.
