Details:
Deputies from the Palm Desert Station Special Enforcement Team (SET), with the assistance of the Palm Desert Burglary Suppression Unit (BSU) conducted further investigation regarding an armed robbery that occurred on May 10, 2020, in the 73000 block of Stanton Drive, in the unincorporated area of Desert Hot Springs. SET deputies identified Jamin Habenschuss, 35 years out of Desert Hot Springs, as the suspect of the robbery. On May 15, 2020, BSU located Habenschuss in the 13000 block of Palm Drive, Desert Hot Springs. Habenschuss was in possession of the victim’s property. Habenschuss was arrested and transported to the Riverside County Jail in Indio for the armed robbery.
