Harley Esparza

On May 31, 2020, community members held a peaceful public demonstration in the city of Moreno Valley. As the demonstrators made their way through city streets, one subject, Harley Esparza, 24 years from the city of Perris, was seen defacing city property with a can of spray paint. Deputies maintained visual of Mr. Esparza and ultimately arrested him. Mr. Esparza was booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for Vandalism.  This case is ongoing, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Deputy Ryan Morgan at 951-486-6700.
