During the month of May 2020, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff’s Station, County Problem Oriented Policing Team, investigated information regarding a possible illegal marijuana cultivation occurring within the unincorporated area known as Temescal Valley .

On June 11, 2020, at the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco, deputies served a search warrant in the 11000 block of Flicker Cove. The location was converted into an illegal indoor marijuana cultivation site. Hin Hing Lin (53 years old) was located inside the residence and arrested . Approximately 1,000 marijuana plants were located during the search warrant. Southern California Edison and County Code enforcement responded to the location and assumed their investigation.
