On June 25, 2020, about 6:00 am, deputies from the Riverside Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Bureau and Perris Special Enforcement Team served a search warrant on the 28800 block of Leon Rd., in the unincorporated area of Winchester. After the occupants of the residence were detained, deputies conducted a search of the property. During the search, two stolen vehicles, two stolen trailers, a firearm, and a small amount of narcotics was located. Charles McCutcheon, 32-year-old Winchester resident, was arrested for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and possession of illicit narcotics. Additionally, Angela Holt, 28-year-old Winchester resident, was arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle and an outstanding felony warrant for robbery and identity theft.
