On Monday, July 13, 2020, about 3:11 AM, deputies from the Jurupa Valley Station responded to a report of a traffic collision involving a vehicle versus a pedestrian, on Limonite Avenue cross of Ridgeview Avenue, Jurupa Valley. 

Upon arrival, deputies located a male adult with major injuries. The male victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. The male driver and sole occupant in the vehicle remained on scene and cooperated during the investigation. He did not sustain any injuries as a result of the collision. The Jurupa Valley Station’s Traffic Reconstruction Team is conducting a full investigation to determine the cause of the collision. No alcohol or drugs are believed to have been a factor in this collision.
