Details:

On Sunday, August 16, 2020, deputies from the Jurupa Valley Station responded to the 7200 block of Lazare Court in Eastvale to investigate a report of a shooting. When deputies arrived, they located an adult female, later identified as Chiana Hunter, 37 years old, and a male juvenile, 15 years old, suffering from gunshot wounds. Deputies began life saving measures on Chiana but she did not survive her injuries. The male juvenile was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries and is expected to survive. The suspect, Rahman Hunter, 40 years old, is the husband of Chiana and the father of the surviving juvenile. Hunter is currently outstanding and is considered armed and dangerous.  He is believed to be driving a 2007, four door, burgundy Chevy Tahoe with license plate 5TCT518.
