On Friday, March 26, 2021, at 10:20 AM, Colorado River Station deputies and investigators responded to the 25000 Block of Neighbors Blvd., in the unincorporated area of Blythe, after receiving information that there was a stolen ATV at the location. Upon arrival, deputies located a stolen Polaris ATV, a stolen Yamaha YZ 125 dirt bike, a stolen Honda CRF 250X dirt bike, a stolen 15-foot horse trailer, and a stolen 20-foot flatbed trailer. Deputies detained and arrested Travon Tyndale, 25 years old, of Blythe and Jessica Mendez, 31 years old, of Blythe. Tyndale was later booked at the Riverside County Jail in Blythe for operating a chop shop and possession of stolen property, and Mendez was booked for an extraditable Larceny warrant out of Arizona.
