Details:

On Saturday, April 3, 2021, at 8:45 PM, deputies from the Jurupa Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the area of Chandler Street crossing Hall Avenue, in the City of Eastvale, regarding a shooting investigation. The investigation revealed that an unknown suspect fired several handgun rounds at a passing vehicle from a dark color van as they approached the intersection of Chandler Street crossing Hellman Avenue. The handgun rounds struck the victim’s vehicle and caused minor, non-life-threatening injuries to the victim. After the shooting, the suspect fled the area and has not been contacted. The victim was transported to a local hospital to be treated.
