Details:

On April 27, 2021 a road rage incident escalated into an assault / battery in a parking lot at 39000 Agua Vista. Murrieta patrol officers identified the suspect as Brandon Reed, a documented criminal street gang member. Members of the Murrieta-Temecula Regional Gang Task Force (GTF) conducted a follow-up investigation with the case and developed probable cause to arrest the suspect Brandon Reed on robbery charges related to the incident. On May 14, 2021 two officers from the Murrieta Police Department’s Community Policing Team (CPT) assisted GTF and located Brandon Reed near the intersection of Margarita Road and Murrieta Hot Springs Road. CPT arrested Reed without incident for the robbery case. Region 4 Gang Task Force took custody of Reed and eventually booked him into jail on the below listed charges.
