Details:
On June 23, 2021, at 5:29 PM deputies from the Moreno Valley Station Special Enforcement Team/Gang Unit conducted a pedestrian check on a subject at the Segovia Apartments, located in the 20000 block of Hemlock Avenue in Moreno Valley. The subject, later identified as William Havard (22yrs) of Moreno Valley, ran from deputies but was quickly apprehended. At the conclusion of the investigation, Havard was found to be in possession of 88 pills of ecstasy and a loaded unregistered firearm.
