Details:
On Friday, October 22, 2021, around 3:30PM, Deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Perris Station, responded to the 20200 block of Myron St. in the unincorporated area of Perris, regarding a missing elderly person, who was at risk. The missing person was identified as 78 year old, Kathy Anne Millier. Millier’s family advised she had driven away from her home in her own vehicle around 7:00AM that morning and never returned. Millier was not in possession of a phone and there was no other means to track her. Deputies searched the area for Millier, but were unsuccessful in locating her. Due to not being able to locate Millier, her suffering from medical conditions and her safety being of concern, a Silver Alert was initiated statewide through the California Highway Patrol.
On Saturday, October 23, 2021, around 5:00AM, Millier was located safely at a hospital in the city of Santa Clarita. Millier’s family was contacted and are in the process of being reunited with her.
