Details:
On Thursday, February 24, 2022 deputies served a theft related search warrant at the 83000 block of Wolf Creek Rd., Indio, in connection to a series of thefts in the community. During the service of the search warrant, deputies located stolen property and evidence items linked to the thefts. Jamie Swart, 36 of Indio, was arrested for several theft incidents and additional charges will be sought pending further investigation on the stolen property. Briana Moran, 37 of Indio was also arrested for possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. Swart and Moran were booked at the John J. Benoit Detention Center.
