Details: On October 27, 2019, about 0114 hours, deputies
from the Perris Station responded to the 21900 block of Cedar Street,  inMead Valley, to assist Riverside County Fire with a residential fire
investigation.  Riverside County Fire was at the location with 29-yaer-oldArturo Gutierrez, who was suffering from severe burns to his upper body.

Deputies responded to the location and found a butane
honey oil lab on the property.  They also located approximately 501marijuana plants and 67.5 pounds of processed marijuana.  All contraband
located on the property was confiscated. Due to Gutierrez’s injuries, charges will be filed withthe District Attorney's Office out of custody.


At the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco,4 the Riverside
County Sheriff’s Department has a zero-tolerance policy for theseoffenses.  If you suspect drug activity in your area, please contact your
