On 11/20/2019, 5:06 A.M., Deputies from the City of Norco Station conducted a vehicle check of an awkwardly parked vehicle in the driveway entrance to a business. A records check of the license plate revealed the vehicle was reported stolen out of the City of Lake Elsinore, the day prior. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was slumpt over the wheel and asleep. He was identified as 31 year-old, Javier Eduardo Romero, a resident of the City of Elsinore. A records check of Romero revealed he was a wanted person for violating the conditions of his Post Release Community Supervision. He was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle and the PRCS violation. He was booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center for the listed charges and is being held on a NO-Bail Warrant out of Riverside County.
