On Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 7:10 PM, the La Quinta Special Enforcement Team conducted a pedestrian check in the 79200 block of Highway 111, in the city of La Quinta. During the pedestrian check, it was discovered Darren Roman, 43-years-old of Palm Springs, was in possession of approximately 17 grams of methamphetamine, with the intent to sale, which is a violation of the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision. Roman was booked at the county jail in Indio.
