At the direction of Sheriff Chad Bianco, on December 13, 2019, personnel from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, California Highway Patrol, Hemet Police Department, Gang Task Force, Murrieta Police Department, Animal Control, Riverside County Probation Department, California Department of Corrections-Parole, Riverside County Cal-ID, Hemet Tactical Emergency Medical Services, and American Medical Response conducted High Impact Zero Tolerance Saturation Patrol throughout the Hemet Valley to include the cities of Hemet and San Jacinto.  The focus of the operation was to apprehend any and all subjects found to be in violation of any crime.  The goal of the operation is that the arrest of these offenders improves the overall quality of life for the citizens of these communities.

Forty-three subjects were arrested for sixty-eight criminal violations including fifteen felonies.  Forty-six warrants were served including three felony and forty-three misdemeanor warrants.  Over fifty grams of methamphetamine, 110 grams of marijuana, three bottles of prescription pills and a small quantity of heroin were seized. One occupied stolen vehicle was recovered, the driver was arrested.  

During the operation, information was obtained regarding a potential armed robbery that was going to occur within the City of San Jacinto.  Members participating in the operation were instrumental in apprehending the three juvenile suspects who intended to commit the robbery.
