In early December, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff Station’s Problem Oriented Policing Team received complaints regarding possible illegal marijuana cultivation occurring within the city of Wildomar, Riverside County.
On December 28, 2019, deputies served a search warrant near the 23400 block of Crooked Arrow Drive. As a result of the search warrant, approximately 175 marijuana plants in various stages of growth and 320 pounds of processed marijuana were located and collected. One suspect was located at the residence.
The suspect, Kirk Alvarado, a 34-year-old resident of Wildomar, was arrested and booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta for illegal marijuana cultivation, possession for sales of marijuana, and child endangerment.
