On 01/14/2020, about 4:08 PM, deputies responded to the 14000 Block of Briana Street, regarding a suspicious person.  Deputies arrived and learned that 54 year old Moreno Valley resident, David Klemens, followed two female juveniles about 14 years of age, from Badger Springs Middle School in his vehicle as they walked home.  The suspect,  Klemens, was contacted and detained by deputies as he sat in his vehicle at the scene.  During the investigation, deputies received additional information from two other female victims, 14 years of age, that the suspect was seen in the same vehicle, masturbating near Badger Springs Middle School thirty minutes prior to this incident.  Klemens was subsequently arrested, and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on charges related to this incident.
