On Monday, February 03, 2020, at 3:26 PM, The La Quinta Special Enforcement Team conducted a pedestrian check in the 79700 block of Highway 111, in the city of La Quinta. During the pedestrian check, it was discovered Matthew Miller, 32-years-old of 1000 Palms, was in possession of approximately 13.5 grams of methamphetamine, with the intent to sale. It was also discovered Miller was in possession of an 8-inch knife, which is in violation of the terms of his probation. Miller was booked at the county jail in Indio.
