On Thursday, February 6, 2020, Lake Elsinore Station Deputies assigned to the Problem Oriented Policing Team were in the area of Honeydew Lane in the City of Wildomar when they witnessed a vehicle driving erratically and collide into a parked vehicle.
The deputies contacted the occupants of the vehicle and determined the vehicle was reported stolen out of the City of Wildomar. The vehicle was a 1994 Volvo.
The driver of the vehicle Miranda Sepulveda, a 19-year-old female, resident of Wildomar, was arrested for vehicle theft. The passenger Edgar Ortega, a 27-year-old male, resident of Wildomar, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and for violation of his felony probation. Both individuals were transported and booked into Cois Byrd Detention Center in the City of Murrieta.
